About Phyliss Francis
Phyliss Francis, MA, PCC is a Professional Certified Coach, Mentor Coach, Facilitator, and Writer. Phyliss believes that through professional coaching, you can master the space between your goal and the manifestation through alignment with your daily actions.
For the past 15 years, Phyliss has been leading and facilitating seminars, workshops and motivational programs for corporate executives, mental health professionals, community leaders, private and public school administrators, and students.
Phyliss is a Faculty member and graduate of the ICF-accredited Certified Life Coach Training Program through Coach for Life in San Diego, California, where she received her Certified Life Coach (CLC) designation. She also holds the International Coach Federation credential of a Professional Certified Coach. Phyliss has received training through the College of Executive Coaching in Ventura County, California. Currently, Phyliss is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the professional association of personal and business coaches around the globe, and the International Association of Coaches (IAC).
Prior to Professional Life Coaching, Phyliss spent several years in the mental health profession. She developed her company, Stop Talk Coaching, where she continues to coach people to Stop Talking about the life they have always wanted, and Live Life Out Loud.
Phyliss holds a Masters of Arts degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Personally, Phyliss loves walking along the ocean, attending and giving seminars, reading self-development books, and dancing. She loves to travel and spend time in the great outdoors. Phyliss loves playing volleyball and tennis. Her passion is learning and evolving herself personally, professionally and spiritually. She loves to contribute to people’s lives and make a difference in world!
